  • Nanotechnology : opportunity for Developing Countries
    Since 2004 the ICS High Technology and New Materials Area (HTNM) recognizes the enormous potentiality that the nanotechnologies could represent for developing countries and their growth. In 2008 a specific programme was launched. In this frame HTNM Area open this discussion area to provide a free space where scientists, researchers, decison makers, students, entrepreneurs, and all persons interested in this field can express their ideas, projects, proposals ... dreams to allow developing countries to be active part of the benefits originated by these new technologies and their applications.
